Ok, where is the time going????? I can’t believe the date when I look at the calendar.
Yes, Jody, I am late on the newsletter again.
Summer is almost over and all my pics are piling up on the disk. I vowed I was going to do better this summer. Oh well, guess I will have plenty to do this winter.
Cards have been my best friend lately. I get to practice new techniques and demo all the new products. Yes, I said new products. We are still buying here at Island Scrapbook. Every time we think we have all we need for the time being, some supplier comes out with a new line or a must have product.
Our Ranger line has expanded, Copics have increased another 35 colors, stamps are growing week by week, and the paper lines are multiplying.
Stop by and check out the new banana paper and the sparkling H2O’s. These little water color paints are the most awesome thing for coloring in your stamped image.
Classes will get back on track in September when the weather starts to turn. We will be doing Copic classes, some card classes using the Heartfelt stamp collections, and also a basic intro to scrapbooking class. There will be monthly clubs coming up for those of us that want to keep current on the latest products from our favorite companies.
We will be posting a calendar on the web page soon so everyone can stay informed on upcoming classes and events.
Don’t forget Friday night is still crop night. Come in and crop until midnight if you can stay awake. Make sure you call Laura to reserve a space.
